- In the case of Retail Users:
- Open the website of PNB i.e. https://www.pnbindia.in/retail-Internet-banking.html
- Click on the tab “Internet Banking Login” and then click on “New User”.
- Provide your bank account number and then choose “Type of Registration”.
- Then click on “Register for Internet Banking” and click “Verify”.
- Enter the OTP received on the mobile number that is registered with the bank and click “Continue”.
- Provide your debit card number along with the ATM PIN and click “Continue”.
- Now, set your Login and Transaction Password.
- Agree to the terms and conditions.
- Click the “Complete Registration” key.
- User ID will then be seen on the screen.
- You can now log in to the PNB portal.
- In the case of Corporate Users:
- Download and fill out the PNB Form No- 1063.
- No visit to the branch during Punjab National Bank Timings.
- Handover the filled form to the bank executive to avail of Internet banking facilities.
- This form is also available at the branch.
- Once you submit the form, get a Corporate ID, Administrator ID, and password.
- This ID will be the same for both Admin and other users.
- The administrator will manage all the activities, like the completion of transactions, the creation of new users, etc.

- In the case of Retail Users:
- Open the Internet banking portal for retail users.
- Provide your “User ID” and click “Continue”.
- The User ID and Customer ID remain the same in this case.
- Provide your login password.
- Give your consent to the terms and conditions.

- Click on “Register” once you are done with selecting the security questions.

- In the case of Corporate Users:
- Open the Internet banking portal for retail users.
- The Corporate admin will require the Corporate ID and Admin ID, along with the password, to log in to Internet banking.
- But, to access the net banking portal, one will require a User ID and login password.
- Enter the OTP received on the mobile number that is registered with the bank of the admin in case of a first-time login.

Mentioned below are the steps to login into the PNB Net Banking:
- Transfer Money to Your Account In the Case of Retail and Corporate Users:
Step 1: Login to PNB’s internet banking portal.
Step 2: Click “Transactions” and then select the tab “Own accounts”.
Step 3: Select the bank account from which the amount is to be debited.
Step 4: Enter the amount that is to be sent and click “Continue”.
Step 5: Enter the transaction password and click “Submit”.
- Transfer Money to Other PNB Accounts In the Case of Retail and Corporate Users:
Step 1: Login to PNB’s internet banking portal.
Step 2: Click “Transactions” and then select the tab “Within PNB”.
Step 3: Choose the bank account to which the amount is to be transferred.
Step 4: In case the beneficiary is not added, first, add a beneficiary.
Step 5: Enter the amount and click “Continue”.
Step 6: Provide the transaction password and click “Submit” to complete the transaction.
Steps to Reset the PNB Internet Banking Password
Mentioned below are the steps to reset the PNB Internet banking password:
Step 1: Visit the login page of the Internet banking portal.
Step 2: Provide your User ID and then click “Continue”.
Step 3: Next, click “Forget Password”.
Step 4: Provide your User ID and click “Submit”.
Step 5: Enter the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
Step 6: Provide your Debit Card Number, Bank Account Number that is linked to the Internet banking account and your ATM PIN, and then click “Continue”.
Step 7: Now reset your password. The transaction and login password can both be changed.
Step 8: Click “Continue”.
Step 9: Now, internet banking services can be availed of with the help of a new password.
